Note: You will need a Missouri Sales Tax Number before applying for a county merchant license.  Businesses in the county charging Missouri sales tax are required to buy a county merchant license. Please mail or bring in the above license application to obtain a Montgomery County Merchant License. The fee is $25.00, with renewals sent out in November with the tax bills.
